In the past few decades, mobile wireless technologies have been classified according to their generation, which largely specifies the type of services and the data transfer speeds of each class of technologies. The Mobile wireless industry has started its technology creation, revolution & evolution since early 1970s. The term is used to describe modern wireless connections such as those in cellular networks and wireless broadband internet, mainly using radio waves. Finally, because of its special nature, the efficient use of spectrum required the coordinated development of standards.
